Pets are not allowed in camper unless in kennel or I will be subject to pet cleaning charge. NOTICE REGARDING PETS: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PETS LEFT UNATTENDED IN CAMPER. IT IS NOT UNCOMMON FOR A BREAKER TO TRIP OR PARK TO LOSE POWER WHICH CAN RESULT IN VERY HIGH TEMPERATURES.
All units are NON SMOKING.
A general light cleaning is expected upon pickup; sinks, shower & toliet should be rinsed and all trash removed. If excessive cleaning is necessary, there will be a cleaning charge.
The credit card or bank account on file will be charged a fee for smoking, un-emptied tanks &/or un-emptied portable tank, excessive cleaning, pet cleaning or any damage.
Unit check-out time is 10AM GA & SC STATE PARKS & All others 10:30AM, but is subject to change.
I understand that in the case of potential severe weather, I need to seek shelter elsewhere.
I have watched the sewer dump & awning instructional videos listed above and understand them.

Masters Cancellation Policy

All cancellations forfeit the non-refundable deposit, no exceptions, do not ask.
Masters cancellations up to 30 days prior to delivery are refunded less deposit.
Cancellations once paid in full less than 30 days prior to delivery are charged 50%
of the total, less the reservation deposit plus processing fee.
