Reservations
Reservations will be considered final 14 days prior to your arrival, and payments will be processed at time of booking or within 14 days unless alternative payment options are made in advance.
We encourage guest to get Travel Insurance for unexpected events.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made by E-Mail (phone cancellations not accepted)
Due to limited availability which requires us to turn guests away once a room is blocked out, cancellations received less than 14 days from arrival and early departures will be charged for the entire stay. no exceptions.
-ALL payment are processed in full at time of booking or at least fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival. All packages will be processed at time of booking. NO refunds on packages. You will see a charge on your card from MITCHELL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
- We encourage our guests who have an unexpected change of plans to call us in order that we may assist you in changing the date of your stay as no penalty is incurred for this change.
There are absolutely NO refunds or gift certificates issued for early departure!!
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES
Check in time is between 3:00 and 6:00 PM
We are not always on site. PLEASE contact us prior with an approximate arrival time.
We understand that when traveling arrival times may be unknown.
Late arrivals may not be greeted when they arrive. If checking in after 6pm, you must call for self check in information.
Check out time is 11:00 AM unless a late checkout has been approved. We do charge additional fee for late check outs.
NO SHOWS
There will be absolutely NO refunds or gift certificates for No Show's.
Smoking
HOLIDAY
Certain Holiday weekends require a 2 night minimum stay. (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, etc.)
We are a non-smoking facility, smoking/vaping is allowed outside in our designated smoking areas.
CHILDREN
Please ask prior to making reservation. We do not accept children under the age of 5.
PETS
We are not pet friendly. You can contact Mystic Pet Resort or ask about other B&B's that are pet friendly.
PARTIES
Absolutely NO parties
Damages
We reserve the right to bill your card on file for any damages you caused during your stay. If unable to to do so then further legal action will be taken.
We are not responsible for any items left behind.
We will not release guest information to anyone.
By completing your reservation you agree to all terms of our policy.
