Check-in: After 3:00 pm
Check-out: Before 11:00 am
Early check-in is usually not available, however you can call us the day of your check-in to see if we can accommodate. For early, or late check-out, please call (479) 253-7026 the day of, and we will do our best to accommodate.
50% deposit at time of making reservation.
Cancellations or reschedule 10 days prior to arrival, $30 (+tax) re-marketing fee.
Cancellations within 10 days forfeit deposit.
100% of booking is charged 2 days prior to check-in, no refunds for no refunds for no-show / early departure. If for whatever reason, you do cancel within 10 days, and we are able to rebook the cabin, we will refund as much as the next booking, minus a $30 (+tax) re-marketing fee.
Dogs allowed with prior approval. $50 per animal per stay occupancy charge. Please pick up after your pet, and do not wash them in the tub.
Currently we only burn Duraflame style logs in our fireplaces. A $25 fee is required to use the fireplace, and includes 4 Duraflame style logs. NO WOOD BURNING, especially wood scavenged from the property, as the incorrect wood can cause issues with the flues and be hazardous to you and the cabin. Excluding the BBQ grill, no outside fires at anytime.

No daily housekeeping. Please leave the cabin clean when you check-out.
No burning real-wood in fireplaces (only Duraflame style logs)
No setting a fire the morning of check-out
Potential additional fees:
Smoking: All cabins are non-smoking (outside only), a $250 (and up!) fee will apply.
Additional Cleaning Fee: An additional $49 cleaning fee will be applied if cabins left extra dirty (dirty dishes, stained carpet, spills, etc...)
All of our family sized cabins have an additional charge per night for more than 3 guests to help cover additional expenses. Special events (BBQs, Anniversaries, etc.. for friends / family) will typically be charged max occupancy for the cabin (i.e. 6 or 8) contact us if you have any questions.
Damage Fee: Excluding normal wear and tear, all damaged items will be charged at replacement / repair costs. If you damaged something, please let us know, or leave us a note. It's Ok. We don't bite.
Items Fee: Do not take items from the cabins. If items are missing from the cabin (i.e. pictures, decorations, towels, etc..) they will be charged at replacement costs.
All linens & towels provided. We also provide coffee, coffee pot, shampoo and soap in the cabin along with dishes, BBQ tools and utensils.
For stays longer than 2 days, we will exchange towels at the office as needed from 10:30 to 3:00 pm. For stays of 3 days or more, we will change linens if requested. Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board available during check-in.
Boat / Motorcycle trailers welcome, but require prior notification due to parking limitations at most cabins. No Motor-homes / Camper trailers allowed, as they will not fit at most cabins. We can recommend off-site parking for large vehicles / trailers.
