Rental Agreement You the RENTER, do here-by give permission to The Mansfields / Little Tracks Cabins to charge their credit card through swipe, manual entry and/or forced entry in conjunction with Reservation Key and/or Square up. for the agreed amounts specified. RENTER has voluntarily supplied their details for these purposes. RENTER agrees that they are not a Tenant, this is a 24 hour rental, and I agree to vacate by the check out time and date listed in this contract. RENTER agrees that all rental monies are non-refundable per the cancellation policy and rental rules, which RENTER has read and understands. RENTER understands that it is their right and responsibility to purchase travel insurance. Check-IN after 1:30 pm, Check-OUT before 11:00 am. NO SMOKING inside. RENTER IS AWARE WE LIVE ONSITE ON THE FARM.
The rate is for ONE (1) Night, up to TWO (2) guests, 1 bed, (if 2 beds required for the initial 2 guests an additional one-time fee of $20 added to total price).
NO Refunds given for cancelled or shorten stays.
Pet are never allowed alone inside the cabin unless in a kennel/cage.
NO Smoking Inside.
IF YOU ARE BRINGING EXTRA GUESTS or PET(s), it is best, and cost saving, if we know in advance. $10 per person, per night, any age. While you do not have to pay for the extra guests at booking, we MUST (and will) know about them. Therefore, when you arrive there will only be beds/ linens/ towels for the number of guests you mentioned. Each Extra Guest - After initial 2 guests, fee is $10 per person, per night, any age. By making a reservation, you are agreeing to all our current Rental Policies.
By granting Little Tracks Cabins this authorization of payment, this cardholder has been made aware and fully agrees to our "No Refund" Policy for Cancellations or Shortened Stays.
Check is AFTER 1:30 pm and Check out is BEFORE 11:00 am (unless stipulated otherwise)
IF APPLICABLE: Extra Fees are to be paid In CASH and Upon Check In, (or add 15% for CC processing and State Tax),

$ 20 - per pet, one-time fee
$ 20 - initial 2 Guests requiring 2 beds
You have supplied your credit card details. By paying this Invoice, you + your guests,are agreeing to ALL our terms/policies set here + on-site.
You MAY have Visitors, who do not stay overnight at no extra charge. Between Past 11:59 pm and arriving before 5:59 am is considered overnight,

All reservations may be cancelled within the next 30 minutes (from the time you submit your credit card details to reserve / secure your dates on our real-time calendar).
For reservations further than 8 days away from the date of your booking and your arrival date, we do have a Buyer's Remorse / Mistake Clause. (Depending on when you contact us, we may have processed your payment, if so, we will promptly refund the entire amount.) Again, reservations are non-refundable after 24 hours of your initial booking.

We do not have an office / check-in desk. Before your check in day / time you will be given the door code +/or arrival instructions.
Sadly, due to the fact we only have 3 units, our calendar blocks our dates in real-time when you book. We cannot offer any refund after you have signed your rental agreement and your payment has been processed.
Refund Policy: For cancelled or shortened stays NO REFUND is given. You must check in by 10:01 pm on the first day of your reservation (or unless previously approved by owners) or your reservation will be cancelled.
REPEAT: Each Extra Guest - After initial 2 guests, fee is $10 per person, per night, any age. By making a reservation, you are agreeing to all our current Rental Policies. Extra guests are anyone/age who stay between the hours of 10:01 pm and 5:59 am.
ALL reservations may be cancelled if you call or text #509-295-1650 or email LittleTracksCabins@gmail.com, within the next 30 minutes.
