Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made
72 hours prior to 4pm on your arrival date to avoid being charged for the first night's stay. Any changes to your reservation should be made by calling
509.493.2335 between 8am and 9pm Pacific Time. Reservations may not be cancelled by email. Unfulfilled reservations (no phone call or a no-show) will be an automatic charge for the first night. Confirmation and cancellation emails will be sent upon request.
Guarantee Policy: Reservation must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card at time of booking. Card will be charged upon the day of check-in or in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Multi-Room Bookings: Reserving 3 or more rooms (whether in a single or separate bookings) requires a 50% non-refundable deposit on the total balance due at time of booking. The 50% deposit payment will be processed within 24 hours of booking, and the remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior arrival. Cancellations or modifications of multiple room bookings must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid being charged in full.
Rate/Reservation Validity: An electronic reservation confirmation is provided to you solely for your convenience. We retain official records of our reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and room rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, our official records shall control. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences.
Early Departure Fee: We reserve the right to assess an early departure fee. When you check in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. You may be able to change your departure date without a penalty if your rate plan permits and if you do so before the end of your arrival day. After reconfirming your departure date, if you decide to leave earlier, you may be charged the early departure fee. Please contact us if you have any questions.

- Rates are based on double occupancy (2 people). Additional persons 13 and older sharing a room/suite are $25. Children 12 and under stay free.
