Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, 100% refunds are available up to "Refund Period".
15 days(May-October)
or 90 days(November-April) before date of reservation.
Monthly rentals are on a month to month basis with a required 30 day notice of departure or renewal.
Within "Refund Period"(15, 30 or 90 days) of arrival date, if cancellation is replaced by another paid reservation we will refund 90% - if not replaced, no refunds are available. Please Note: Refund transactions will only be refunded in the same manner we received them.(credit card back to same credit card or bank account).

Only registered, authorized guests may occupy the unit. If the unit is vacated early, or an early departure is discovered by our staff, the unit reverts back to a vacant state with no refunds, and we may re-rent the unit at our discretion. Please notify us of early departures by calling 520-296-5428. Occupancy limits: Inn Rooms are all double Occupancy, Casita's max occupancy is 3, All others; max occupancy is 4. Over these counts will increase billing by $15.00 per person per night.
Keys - Checkout procedure: If we are not present for your check out, Please leave your keys, pool cards and garage remotes on the Table, and exit via the front or rear entrance, locking the door from the inside on your way out or use the keypad on select homes..
Utilities: All Guest Home monthly rental Summer(June, July and August) utilities cap will apply. Water and Electric Bills are capped at $200.00 per home. Overages will be billed to guest for the previous month for any amounts on the water: $75 or electric bill over $125.00.

Our properties are privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, electronics, or valuables of any kind. Keep in mind that our properties are located in the desert south west and we live with desert critters. Please always wear proper shoes and attire when outdoors. We are a NON-SMOKING Property and NO PETS. A $250.00 Charge will be assessed to your account for smoking in or on our properties.
(In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute a like or better room for your reservation. We do this usually with plenty of notice and only in an emergency would the unit be replaced during your check in procedures.)
Weekly or Monthly unit rentals do not have mail delivery. While we try and provide Cable or Dish TV, (with sports/entertainment packages) high speed internet and phone services, these services are not guaranteed as part of every rental.
Check in is 4pm of your arrival date at the Inn at Civano, 10448 Seven Generations Way, Tucson, AZ 85747. We will meet you at our Inn, and escort you to your unit. Check-out is 11am and in most cases you may leave the keys on the table and lock the door from inside, on your way out. (see early departure policy above).

or 90 days(November-April) before date of reservation. (Covid exception is 15 days) we suggest trip insurance!
Within "Refund Period"(15 or 90 days) of arrival date, if cancellation is replaced by another paid reservation we will refund 90% - if not replaced, no refunds are available. (Covid Exception: Gift Certificates in place of refunds)
Please Note: Actual Refund transactions will only be refunded in the same manner we received them.(credit card back to same credit card or bank account if outside 90 days maximum within 14 business days of cancellation if agreed to by Owners)
