Deposit: A $500.00 deposit is due at the time of booking for all reservations. It is nonrefundable.
Payment: The final payment is due 60 days before your arrival date. If you book within 60 days, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancelations: If you cancel BEFORE the final payment due date, we will issue you a credit for the amount you have paid, excluding the $500 deposit. The credit will be valid for up to one year from the original arrival date.
If you cancel AFTER the final payment due date, no credits will be given. However, if we can rebook your canceled reservation days, we will issue you a credit valid for up to one year from the original arrival date—excluding the $500.00 deposit.
Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
Damages and Cleaning You are expected to maintain the High Camp Hut as if it was yours during your stay. We ask that you make no alterations to the cabin unless previously discussed with us. Any damage to the cabin beyond normal wear will be fixed by the High Camp Hut and billed to you on a cost-plus basis. When you leave at the end of your stay, it is expected that the cabin will be left clean and neat. Please notify us if you feel the cabin is not adequately cleaned when you arrive. If you need the people who own/work at the High Camp Hut to clean after your stay, you will be billed for our time and materials. Labor will be billed at the rate of $75.00/hr. Labor could include transportation and cost. Interest will be charged for all late payments. You will be responsible and billed for all legal fees and all expenses incurred by High Camp LLC in collecting these expenses.
