CANCELATION POLICY DEPOSIT: A $500.00 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking for all reservations.
PAYMENT: The final payment is due 60 days before your arrival date. If you book within 60 days, full payment is due at the time of booking.
CANCELATION: If you cancel before the final payment due date (60 days before arrival), we will issue you a credit for High Camp for the amount you have paid, minus the $500 deposit. The credit will be valid for up to one year from the original arrival date.
If you cancel after the final payment due date (60 days before arrival), no credits will be given. However, if we are able to rebook your canceled reservation days, we will issue you a credit for High Camp valid for up to one year from the original arrival date, minus the $500.00 deposit.
Trip insurance is strongly recommended.
