The B&B is ANIMAL-FREE and SMOKE-FREE. Our property is not required to be ADA accessible. Please contact us if you have any questions.

PAYMENT:
For SPECIAL EVENT / MULTIPLE ROOM / STAY 6+ NIGHTS, payment in full is required. All "regular" bookings, pay on arrival.

SPECIAL EVENTS INCLUDE Major Sport Events, New Year's Eve, Mardi Gras season, St. Patrick's Day/Parade, French Quarter Fest, Jazz Fest, University Graduation, Essence Fest/4th of July, Halloween, TAYLOR SWIFT and Thanksgiving including weekend.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES...

SPECIAL EVENT/MULTIPLE ROOM/STAY 6+ NIGHTS cancellations will be given a refund for your reserved dates that are re-booked by someone else less a 5% service fee. (10% international)

For all other reservations, 50% of stay is charged if cancelled less then 15 days before arrival.
No credit for early check out or abbreviated stays.
Same day cancellations, no show and no call charged in full.

***REDUCTION of room nights to your reservation less then 30 days before arrival will be charged a $50/night fee.
If 2 or more past reservations were cancelled, SPECIAL EVENT policies will apply.

All cancellations must be made by phone call or email to magazine2418@gmail.com Cancellation is not complete until you receive email confirmation or return phone call (if necessary) from B&B.

All regular bookings, pay on arrival. For SPECIAL EVENT / MULTIPLE ROOM / STAY 6+ NIGHTS, payment in FULL is required. Special Event cancellation policies will apply to those bookings. You will be sent an email to authorize payment before your card is charged.
