GUEST POLICY
- No Smoking. Eastsound Suites maintains a strict no smoking policy.
- Pets Not Allowed. We adore animals, but maintain a no pet policy to accommodate guests with allergies.
- Rates & Fees. All rates are based on double occupancy, and do not include state and local taxes.
- Noise. In consideration of other guests, we ask that you be mindful of neighbors and keep noise at modest levels (music, TV volume).
Upon checkout, the property shall be left in the same condition as at check-in. Washing dishes, pots & pans and putting them away is the guest's responsibility. The property shall be left in a condition that requires only general overall cleaning.
If the property is left in a condition that warrants extra cleaning, the guest may be charged cleaning fees at a rate of $30 per hour. In the event of damages to, and/or loss of items from the Property, guest is responsible for associated costs. Cleaning and damage fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
Guests must immediately notify Management of fire or other damage to the property or contents. Owner or management may enter the property at reasonable times to make repairs or show the property.
Eastsound Suites in their sole discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for accommodations or guest services. Eastsound Suites will not be liable under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of booked accommodations or services.
Unfavorable weather and/or ferry conditions do not warrant refund. Eastsound Suites makes no representations of any kind that the Property is childproof. Eastsound Suites does not warrant electricity or water loss due to acts of God.
Requests for a particular suite will be fulfilled whenever possible. However, specific Suite requests are not guaranteed. We do not offer daily housekeeping. For extended stays, we will gladly deliver additional linens-- some advance notice required.
PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required to secure all reservations. The remaining payment will be automatically charged to your credit card 30 days prior to check-in date.
If final payment is not made within 7 days of balance due payment date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled due to non-payment. No reservation deposit refund will be made when balance-due payment has not been received per this policy.
CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations made prior to full payment being received, the deposit will be refunded, less a $50 per suite cancellation fee. Once full payment has been received, the reservation will be non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the suite.

Please note: Suites are located on the 2nd floor of the building, accessed by stairs.
