Rental Agreement

In order to confirm your reservation, we request a 25% deposit. Balance of stay is due on in arrival in USD or colones. You may pay by cash or credit card (we accept (VISA/MC/AMEX/Discover). An ATM is located at Banco Costa Rica on the north side of town.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a reservation with a month or more notice, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel a reservation with more than 2-4 weeks notice, we reserve the right to keep your deposit. If you cancel with less than 2 weeks notice, the full balance of your stay will be charged if we can not fill your space.
