B&B - Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Reservation Requirements:
We accepts Visa, Master Charge and Discover. Credit card information is required at the time the reservation is made. The card must be valid through the dates of stay. This information can be provided to us on-line, by e-mail or phone.
Our Reservation Desk is open 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time. Our Check-in time is between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Let us know if you need a later check-in appointment.
Restrictions:
Children 16 and older are welcome. Children must be supervised at all times in consideration of the Inn and other Guests.
Booking 3 rooms or more is considered as "Group Booking". You may be required to book the entire house (either Ambrose Bierce House and/or Cottage House) and shall be subject to Group Booking Cancellation Policy.
Our priority is to keep rooms fresh for all guests and the grounds litter free. Guests who smoke in the rooms will be assessed a $150.00 minimum charge to their credit cards.
The inn is not set up to accommodate guest pets.
Cancellation Policy:
All payments you made to us are non-refundable. Our bookings require a 10% deposit at time of booking or 25% deposit for group booking and full payment thirty (30) days or sixty (60) days before arrival. And once payments are made, there are no refunds. Changes or Cancellation that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days or 60 days for group booking of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment and deposit made to date, unless the unit can be re-rented.
TRAVEL INSURANCE (Optional)
Travel Insurance-CSA Vacation Rental Insurance has been made available with your reservation. Vacation Rental Insurance reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. We strongly recommend you purchase this valuable protection. If declined, you acknowledge you have read and understand our cancellation policy and choose not to purchase Vacation Rental Insurance on behalf of all occupants.To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that guests purchase trip cancellation and Interruption Protection insurance to assure refund of deposits paid and reimbursement of other vacation payments.
