Reservations
The Blue Heron Inn is a small property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Please make reservations in advance whenever possible.

We ask for a credit card to HOLD your room reservation. Your credit card is not charged until you check out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Cancellations
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date. Reservations cancelled with less than 7 days notice may be subject to a charge of one night stay.

Children
The Inn is a romantic getaway intended for adults. Our location, on the Snake River is not suited for small children.

For Your Comfort
We are a nonsmoking Inn. No smoking is allowed in the Lodge, in your room or on the decks of the rooms or Lodge. Smoking is permitted outside away from the buildings on the grounds only. Please be considerate of others. If there is evidence of smoking in your room, the fee equal to one nights stay will be charged for fumigating and cleaning the room.

Pets are accommodated by special arrangement and only in the Carriage House.

Check-In: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Late or evening arrivals are fine, please pick up your envelope on the front door of the main lodge upon your arrival. We will see you in the morning at breakfast. 8 - 9 AM

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Exceptions must be pre-arranged.
