CANCELLATION POLICIES
RATE POLICIES
DIRECT RESERVATION:
Standard Rate: Payment method: 100% before Check-In. 30% of the TOTAL of the reservation at the time of booking by credit card or with bank transfer within 24 hours. and the balance of 70% must be paid up to 7 days before Check-In, Cancellation policies: Cancellation costs 100% of the deposit in Reservation Guarantee, For cancellations made more than 45 days before the day of entry we can issue a Voucher previous deduction of 15% for administrative expenses. The Amount delivered as a Deposit in Reserve Guarantee, will be lost in its entirety in the event that the Guest decides to cancel the reservation, since the UNIT is removed from the market on the requested date immediately at the time of booking, guaranteeing the guest their stay.
Non-refundable: Payment method: the selected rate is 100% pre-paid, so 100% of the TOTAL of the reservation must be paid at the time of booking by Credit Card or with Bank Transfer within 24 hours. Cancellation policies: The selected rate does not accept cancellation or modification. The selected rate cannot be combined with other current promotions. In case of No Show, the payment made will not be refunded. Payment method: the selected rate is 100% pre paid

Tarifa Estándar: Forma de pago: 100% antes del Check-In. 30% del TOTAL de la reserva en el momento de reservar con Tarjeta de crédito o con Transferencia bancaria dentro de las 24hs. y el saldo del 70 % deberá abonarlo hasta 7 dÃas antes del Check-In, PolÃticas de cancelación: Costos de cancelación 100% del depósito en GarantÃa de Reserva, Para cancelaciones realizadas con más de 45 dÃas antes del dÃa de entrada podremos emitir un Voucher previa deducción del 15% por gasto administrativo. El Importe entregado como Depósito en GarantÃa de Reserva, se perderá en su totalidad en el caso que el Huésped decida cancelar la reserva, ya que la UNIDAD es apartada del mercado en la fecha solicitada de manera inmediata al momento de reservar, garantizando al huésped su estadÃa.
