Security Deposit & Incidentals

Hotel may terminate this Agreement and evict Guest for non-payment, breach of rules, or illegal activity. No refund will be provided if eviction is due to Guest’s misconduct.

PLEASE CALL AGAIN ANY TIME TO MAKE RESERVATIONS HERE. ALL ROOMS ARE NON SMOKING IF YOU WISH TO SMOKE IN THE ROOM THEIR WILL BE A CHARGE OF $175.00. ANY UNAUTHORIZE PETS IN THE ROOM YOU WILL GET CHARGE $75.00 IF YOU DAMAGE THE ROOM YOU WILL BE CHARGE FOR THE DAMAGES AND THE MOTEL WILL PRESS CHARGES.LATE PAYMENT WILL BE $10.00 PER DAY AFTER YOUR DUE DATE. (NO EXCEPTION) IF YOU LIKE SOMETHING FROM THE MOTEL ROOM WE BE HAPPY TO CHARGE IT ON YOUR CREDIT CARD.
