- Check in 3pm & Check out 11am, Pets Charge extra $20 plus HST
- Cancellation 72 hours notice before the 3pm check in time or full payment will be required.
- Unapproved late check outs result in full charge of another night, No refunds after possession of keys.
- Lost keys & cards, Dishes left in sink/ not put away and garbage not in proper containers $35 charge.
- Cottages 100% smoke free inside including in the door way, Minimum automatic charge of $300
- No Public Nudity, loud music, parties Disturbance of other guests will result in eviction without refund.
- Any damage or missing items will be charged accordingly, Items left behind can be mailed at your expense or will be held for one week.
- $50 deposit charged up front. This booking fee is non-refundable.
