Cancellation Policy & Guest Policies

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires cancellations two weeks prior to check-in. Cancellations made after that time will result in a credit card charge of a one-night stay. A $30 administrative fee is charged for all cancellations.

Guest Policies
Maximum of two guests per room.

English Pines Bed and Breakfast maintains a smoke-free environment in the facility and on covered porches. Guests are asked to smoke cigarettes and vape on patio and open areas. Smoking marijuana is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property at any time.

Quiet time is observed on all areas of the property from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Adults only. Guests must be 21 years or older to stay on the property.

Pets are not permitted.

Firearms are not permitted.

Violation of any of the above policies will result in a $100.00 credit card charge, and guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Room fees will not be refunded.
