To help us keep the Lincoln Motor Court running smoothly (and charmingly), we ask that you review and respect the following during your stay:

▪️ The Basics

Maximum of 2-4 guests (depending on the cabin)
Only registered guests are permitted on the property
Absolutely no "parties" or events permitted unless you've rented the entirety of our property
Please be respectful of the property and that of our other guests
Treat the space as if you were staying at a friend’s place!
Smoking is permitted outside only
Pets are permitted with a $30 pet fee (per stay)

▪️ A Note on the Setting
The Lincoln Motor Court is a true vintage stay—most of our cabins date back to the early days of American road travel and all but 2 of them are preserved to maintain their very original charm. If you're choosing Cabin 1 or 12, these are much more updated.

While we’ve made other updates for comfort, most are NOT modern hotel rooms.
You may notice quirks, imperfections, and the kind of character that only comes with age. That’s all part of the experience—and part of what makes this place special. If you’re looking for spotless, brand-new construction, this may not be the right fit. If you’re looking for character, you’re in the right place.

Two means of egress for emergency exit
