Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please send an email to hardsellhotel@gmail.com with your request. You will receive a full refund (minus processing fees) if you cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation start time. 50% refund if cancellation made 24-48 hours before your reservation start time. No refund if cancellation made within 24 hours of your reservation.
