Stay Inn Ely Rental Agreement
A cancellation within three calendar days of your arrival date will we require us to charge the credit card you provided for the full amount of the cost of your reservation. A cancellation prior to the third calendar day before your arrival will not incur a charge to your credit card. As an example, if you are reserved to arrive on Friday you must cancel your reservation before Tuesday. If you do not arrive for your reservation, and you did not cancel your reservation prior to three days before arrival as noted above, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your reservation. If you made the reservation through an online booking company, such as Expedia or Booking.com, the reservation MUST be cancelled through that company. If your reservation was made directly with us through our website or over the phone then please contact us by phone so as we can verify your cancellation and promptly make your room available for others to reserve. The Guest agrees to pay Stay Inn Ely for damages to the Property including, but not limited to, furnishings and household items, which occur as a result of the Guest’s occupancy. Damages do not include normal wear and use. (Please don’t trash the place).
Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the inn.
Pets
1. The Amber Room and Crimson Room are the only rooms that are pet friendly.
2. The pet will be under the control of the owner. We’re sure you love your pet, but not everyone feels the same about animals they don’t know. Also, your pet may be friendly, but other dogs (and wild animals) may not be. For everyone’s safety, including your pet, please keep your pet under your control.
3. Guest will prevent the pet from engaging in behaviors or creating excessive noise that disturbs neighbors, including, but not limited to, barking, jumping and running. Most guests are here to relax. If your pet is acting out, that affects our other guests.
4. Guest agrees to not leave their pet unattended for any unreasonable periods. Dogs often get nervous when left alone and may bark, damage furniture and soil flooring.
5. Guest agrees to clean up after their pet and dispose of the pet waste properly. Nobody wants to step in dog poo.
6. Any damage to the exterior or interior of Stay Inn Ely (grounds, flooring, walls, trim, carpet, or any stains, etc.) caused by the pet will be the full financial responsibility of the guest and that the guest agrees to pay all costs involved in the restoration to its original condition. If because of any such stains, etc. said damage is such that it cannot be removed, then the guest hereby agrees to pay the full expense of replacement.
7. Guest assumes responsibility for all behavior of their pet toward other pets, other guests or any persons on the premises of Stay Inn Ely and indemnifies the Stay Inn Ely and its agents from any attack or damages caused by the guest’s pet.
8. Guest agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Stay Inn Ely or its agents against all liability, judgments, expenses or claims.
9. Pet owners are responsible to pay for any medical costs in the event the pet injures anyone during their stay.
