CANCELLATIONS:
SUMMER/FALL SEASON reservations cancelled by March 30th will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations after March 30th are nonrefundable.
ICE SEASON deposits are nonrefundable within 60 days of your reservation. Cancellations prior to 60 days will receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee.
Refunds are not available due to weather. Extreme weather during the ice fishing season may be refundable. Rain, cold, snow, and wind are not extreme weather in northern Minnesota. Examples of extreme ice season weather may include: impassable roads, temperatures colder than 20 degrees below zero, or ice conditions on Snowbank Lake are unsafe.
A reservation deposit is an agreement, a monetary hand shake, between you and us. The deposit is your way of confirming you will be arriving and our way of acknowledging that we will have what you have reserved. The purpose of this cancellation policy is not to unethically keep your deposit. The purpose is to protect our livelihood. Please understand the situation our business is in.
The Guest agrees to pay Snowbank Lodge and Outfitters for damages to the Property including, but not limited to, furnishings and household items, which occur as a result of the Guest’s occupancy. Damages do not include normal wear and use. (Please don’t trash the place).

Pets
1. We are pet friendly. There is a per dog fee.
2. The pet will be under the control of the owner. We’re sure you love your pet, but not everyone feels the same about animals they don’t know. Also, your pet may be friendly, but other dogs (and wild animals) may not be. For everyone’s safety, including your pet, please keep your pet under your control.
3. Guest will prevent the pet from engaging in behaviors or creating excessive noise that disturbs neighbors, including, but not limited to, barking, jumping and running. Most guests are here to relax: if your pet is acting out, that affects our other guests.
4. Guest agrees to not leave their pet unattended for any unreasonable periods. Dogs often get nervous when left alone and may bark, damage furniture and soil flooring.
5. Guest agrees to clean up after their pet and dispose of the pet waste properly. Nobody wants to step in dog poo.
6. Any damage to the exterior or interior of Snowbank Lodge and Outfitters (grounds, flooring, walls, trim, carpet, or any stains, etc.) caused by the pet will be the full financial responsibility of the guest and that the guest agrees to pay all costs involved in the restoration to its original condition. If because of any such stains, etc. said damage is such that it cannot be removed, then the guest hereby agrees to pay the full expense of replacement.
7. Guest assumes responsibility for all behavior of their pet toward other pets, other guests or any persons on the premises of Snowbank Lodge and Outfitters and indemnifies the Snowbank Lodge and Outfitters and its agents from any attack or damages caused by the Guest’s pet.
8. Guest agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Snowbank Lodge and Outfitters or its agents against all liability, judgments, expenses or claims.
9. Pet owners are responsible to pay for any medical costs in the event the pet injures anyone during their stay.
