Cancellation Policy

Deposit:
We require a 50% deposit (including taxes) to hold your reservation.
Balance due 14 days before stay

Cancellation Policy:
10% of deposit is non-refundable.
Notify by email prior to 30 days of stay to receive 40% deposit refund
If your reservation is made less that 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Balance is due 14 days before stay.
Cancellation within 14 days before stay is non-refundable.

Fire, Smoke & "Acts of God" Policy:

We are not responsible for natural disasters. Therefore, we do not refund deposits for this reason, unless an official closure is issued that prevents access. If you are concerned about losing your deposit, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance!
