All Room reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE
SMOKING,VAPING, AND INCENSE BURNING IS PROHIBITED in all rooms of the Howe Caverns Motel. Any evidence of smoking in a guest room will result in eviction, as well as a $250 maintenance fee which will be applied to the credit card given to hold the reservation.
We have an on-property caretaker for AFTER HOURS EMERGENCIES ONLY (10pm-6am Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-6am Friday & Saturday). The Caretaker is NOT a front desk service. By receiving this confirmation, I agree that any non-emergent calls outside of business hours, will result in a $100 charge to the guest's card on file. EMERGENCIES INCLUDE: (locked out of room, plumbing issue, electrical issue) NON-EMERGENCIES INCLUDE: (extra room items, wifi password, local information, wake up calls)
Indoor or outdoor cooking and fires of any kind are strictly prohibited on Howe Caverns, Inc. property. By receiving this confirmation, I agree that any evidence of cooking or burning in a guest room or anywhere on property, will result in eviction as well as a $250 maintenance fee which will be applied to my motel bill and charged to my credit card. Howe Caverns reserves the right to charge my credit card for any damages.
The Howe Caverns Motel has a no pet policy in all rooms. By receiving this confirmation, I agree that I will not bring a pet of any type with me and that any evidence of a pet in the room will result in eviction as well as a $250 maintenance fee which will be applied to the credit card on file. Note: Emotional Support Animals do not fall under ADA guidelines.
