Rental Agreement
When making a new reservation please remember that our basic rates include 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 5 years old. Any extra guest would be considered an extra person. 
•	Pets are not extra but must be included in your reservation and on a leash the entire stay as well as "picked" up after during your stay. 
•	ALL HOLIDAYS REQUIRE A 3 DAY MINIMUM STAY WITH PAYMENT IN ADVANCE. 
•	NO REFUNDS AFTER BOOKING. 
•	Check in and out is 12 noon.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
ALL HOLIDAYS REQUIRE A 3 DAY MINIMUM STAY WITH PAYMENT IN ADVANCE. 
DEPOSIT SCHEDULE:
•	1-3 Day Stay = Full Amount
•	4-7 Day Stay = 3 Day Charge
•	8 Days - 3 Weeks = 1 Week Charge
•	Monthly is $125 deposit and remaining balance collected 30 days prior to arrival.
No Refunds without managers approval, 10% charge when approved.
