Cancellation Policy
Please call or email to cancel or edit your reservation. We require the first night’s stay as a deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at check-in. Cancellations must be made 14 days before the arrival date to avoid forfeiting the deposit. A $35 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable unless we can rebook the room. In that case, only the cancellation fee will apply.
