Full Refund:
For cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival, a full refund will be issued, will deduct:
- A $25 processing fee for Tiny Homes, Cabins, and Wagons.
- A $15 processing fee for RV Sites, Dry Camping, and Tent Sites.
Partial Refund:
Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
No Refund:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
* Additional Policies *
Early Departures:
Refunds are not provided for early check-outs under any circumstances.
Shortened Stays:
No partial refunds will be granted for adjustments to the reservation length after booking.
Early Check-Ins:
Early check-ins may be accommodated, subject to availability and an additional fee.
Third-Party Bookings
Reservations for Tiny Homes, Wagons, and Cabins booked through third-party platforms must be modified or canceled directly with the booking platform, according to their specific policies.
Rate Policy:
Once a reservation is confirmed, the rate at the time of booking is locked in and will not be adjusted for any reason, regardless of future rate changes or promotions. If you request to modify the dates of your reservation, new rates will apply based on the pricing available at the time of the change.
