Cancellation Policy

*Cabin reservations cancelled 10 days or more before the scheduled stay will receive a refund less a processing fee of 5%.
*Cabin reservations cancelled less than 10 days before the scheduled stay will NOT receive a refund. The reservation may be rescheduled.
*No refunds for early departures.
*No refunds due to inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances, or mechanical failures out of our control.
*No refunds or pricing reductions will be issued for disruption of any utilities, including but not limited to power outages, water outages, etc. as these are beyond our control.
