We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Exceptions to these rules may be made at our discretion, and we can modify the policies without prior notice.
The campground and its staff are not responsible for any loss, damage, or claims related to guests' property due to theft, fire, natural events, or other circumstances. We do not accept liability for acts of nature such as wind, rain, lightning, flooding, tornadoes, etc.
Any breach of the rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you, your family, or your guests are behaving disruptively or in a manner inconsistent with the park atmosphere, we will evict you immediately without a refund.

Damages
Please be advised that any damage fees will be charged to the card on file for all damages and expenses incurred during your stay. This encompasses property damage as well as pet fees. Those named on the reservation are responsible for making sure that all members of their party are informed about and adhere to the campground policies.

Site Confirmation
Check-in requires a valid ID.
If you arrive after office hours, please visit the office the following morning to complete your registration. For after hour arrivals, your check-in packet will be posted outside the office. Please gather your packet and proceed to your site. Visit the office in the morning to register and receive your wristbands.
Reservations are non-transferable to another party without prior authorization from management. If such authorization is not obtained, the new party will be unable to check in, and the original reservation holder will forfeit their reservation. Subletting is strictly prohibited.
No visitors are allowed on your reservation. All guests (including infants and children) must be included in the original reservation. If you violate the occupancy rules, a charge of $50.00 per person (any age) per day will be applied. All visitors must obtain a day pass and register with the office. Day Passes are available for $10 per adult (ages 13+) and $5 p/child per day.
Early departures, inclement weather, or amenity unavailability do not constitute grounds for a refund or discount.
Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific site. We reserve the right to adjust your site location due to extenuating circumstances. While you may request a site, we cannot ensure that the site you selected will be assigned to you upon arrival. If it is not the exact site you chose, you will be given one of the same site type when possible. We strive to avoid moving guests, but sometimes it is necessary.

Vehicles
We reserve the right to allow or deny vehicle access at our discretion. All vehicles must be legally licensed, insured, and in working order at all times. Vehicles are not allowed on the beach without prior staff approval. Vehicles should not be operated after dark unless equipped with lights.

Speed Limit
For the safety of our patrons and pets, please adhere to the 10 MPH speed limit throughout the resort.

Pets
Pets are allowed in designated areas, but you must clean up after them. If your pet disturbs other guests or shows aggression toward guests or other animals, you will be required to leave the resort without a refund. This includes excessive barking.
A $50.00 fine will be imposed on pet owners who fail to clean up after their pets. Pets must always be on a leash and up to date on their vaccinations
Do not bring your pet, regardless of breed or size, if it is known to be aggressive, especially around children. Please do not leave your pet unattended or tied to anything.
