2026 BOOKING TERMS Payment • A nonrefundable 50% deposit is charged at the time of booking. • Remaining balance is charged 7 days before check-in. • If balance payment is declined, reservation will be canceled and deposit forfeited. • Late reservations (booked within 8 days of check-in) are nonrefundable and charged in full at the time of booking. • There is no cooling-off period. All reservations are subject to payment and cancellation terms upon agreement. • Credit card provided is used for deposit and balance charges, and for additional fees, penalties, costs per terms.
Cancellation • Cancellation deadline is 11:59pm MST, 8 days before check-in. • Cancellations received after deadline are nonrefundable and charged for full stay. • Cancellations must be made through the platform used to book. Phone cancellations not accepted. • Reservations by direct booking (yellowstonecabinsandrv.com): cancel by email at Contact@yellowstonecabinsandrv.com • Reservations by Booking.com, Priceline, or other 3rd party booking platform: cancel through platform used to make reservation. • Cancellation is valid only after cancellation confirmation email is received. Guest must verify and keep proof of cancellation. • Trip insurance is recommended for unexpected personal emergencies.
No-Show • Failure to check in by 11:59pm MST on check-in date is a no-show. • No-shows are charged for full stay, and reservation will be canceled with no refund.
Date Changes • Reservations cannot be modified, but date changes may be requested in writing for our consideration. • If a new date is granted: 1. The original cancellation deadline still applies, except when new check-in date is earlier, then the new deadline will be 8 days prior. 2. The original payment due date still applies, except if new check-in date is earlier, then payment will be due 7 days prior.
Check-In & Check-Out • Self-check-in only. Instructions will be emailed 3 days before arrival. • Check-out is 10:00am MST. • After 10:30am: $75 late fee will be charged. • After 12:30pm: full daily rate will be charged and belongings removed. • Exceptions to check-in and check-out times must be requested and approved in advance by email . • We are not responsible for items left behind.
Pets • No pets allowed in cabins or apartments. • RV guests may bring pets but must: 1. Keep pet leashed, attended, and under control. 2. Clean up and dispose of pet waste immediately. 3. Ensure pets do not disturb peace or safety of others. • Owners are liable for damage caused by pet. • Violations result in a $250 violation fee, plus any damage charges, and cancellation of remaining reservation without refund.
Damage, Theft, Loss • Guest must inspect property rented and report issues with within 20 minutes of check-in; no report constitutes acceptance. • Guest assumes liability for damage, theft, loss to property rented and common areas damaged by guest or guest's party. • Guest will be charged costs to restore property including repair, replace, labor, shipping, and rental loss costs at our discretion. • Lost key fee: $75. • Stained linen fees: $20 (bath towel/shower mat), $15 (face towel), $10 (washcloth). • TV/Satellite system tampering fee: $50 fee charged for disconnected satellite or TV connections, and/or system tampering.
Smoking, Vaping & Open Flames • No indoor smoking, vaping, candles, incense, open flames, or smoking outside with door open. • Violations: $250 fee if we see or smell evidence of violation, plus reimbursement of any rental loss incurred during odor remediation.
Cooking • Cabins: microwave cooking only. • Apartments: cooking allowed, but no pungent foods that leave strong odors. • Violations will incur extra cleaning fees and/or rental loss charges at our discretion.
Extra Cleaning • Extra cleaning charged at $75/hour for properties left in condition that require cleaning beyond industry norm. • In apartments, dishes and coffee maker must be cleaned before check-out.
Community Standards • Quiet hours inside and outside: 10:00pm – 8:00am. • No loud noise, parties, or disruptive behavior. • Threatening, loud, disruptive, or provocative behavior may result in eviction and cancellation of reservation without refund. • Children must be attended and play only in common areas.
Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: • Utility interruptions, weather, air quality, road conditions, park/attraction closures, or personal circumstances. • We are not liable for damage to guest electronics from power surges.
Unlikely Events
In the rare event that we cannot provide accommodations, we may cancel your reservation without penalty. A pro-rated refund will be issued for any unused days.
