Rental Agreement and Policies DAMAGE/THEFT Properties are rented in good working condition. Problems or defects must be immediately reported to management upon check-in. Guest assumes liability for damage/theft/loss to property and its contents caused deliberately or by recklessness or negligence, including stains to linens and towels. Credit card will be charged to compensate for costs/expenses to repair/replace/ship damaged or missing items and to compensate for rental loss due to property inavailability during repair/replacement/ship at our discretion. A $75 fee will be charged for lost key.
SMOKING/VAPING All indoor spaces on property are smoke/vape/smudge free. If we smell residual odor from smoke/vape/smudge in room, apartment or restrooms, including residual odors caused by smoking outside with door or window open or by bringing smoking materials indoors, a $250 fee will be charged to credit card.
COOKING IN ROOMS Cooking in rooms is limited to microwave cooking. Cooking of pungent foods that leave strong residual odor is prohibited. Care must be taken to avoid spills. For cooking violations/spills that require extra cleaning and/or deodorizing, a charge of up to one night stay may be charged at our discretion.
EXTRA CLEANING An extra cleaning fee of $75 per hour may be charged to credit card if property is left in condition requiring extra clean up beyond typical industry standards at our discretion. Apartments: Dishes and coffee maker must be left clean at check-out.
PET POLICY Cabin and Apartment Guests: No pets are allowed in apartments and cabins or anywhere on property, including inside parked vehicles. RV Sites: Pets are permitted but must be leashed and under owner control at all times when outside RV. Pet waste must be immediately picked up and disposed of. Pets must not disturb peace and safety of other pets or guests. Card will be charged $250 for pet policy violation and reservation cancelled without refund.
COMMUNITY STANDARDS Quiet time is observed on property from 10:00pm MST to 8:00am MST. Quiet time prohibits loud or disruptive noise inside and outside of rooms/apartments/RVs. Parties are prohibited unless approved in writing. Behavior that is loud, threatening or disruptive to business operations or peace of other guests will be cause for either a warning and/or immediate eviction with no refund at the discretion of management. Children must be supervised at all times. They are welcome in common area but are not to run between buildings.
BEYOND OUR CONTROL Yellowstone Cabins and RV assumes no liability monetarily or otherwise for interruption in utilities or services that cause temporary disruptions in our ability to provide property utilities or services. Yellowstone Cabins and RV assumes no liability for damage caused in the event of power surge. Guest assumes responsibility for power surge protection. This contract with Yellowstone Cabins and RV is for the provision of accommodations only and contains no guarantee or contingency for conditions/events outside our control, including, but not limited to, weather, temperature, air quality, local events/parks/attractions status.
UNLIKELY EVENTS Yellowstone Cabins and RV may withdraw from all or part of this contract without liability in the occurrence of event/s that cause/s our inability to provide booked facility. In the event that Yellowstone Cabins and RV withdraws from the contract, a refund pro-rated for days where contract is not fulfilled will be issued.
Payment, Cancellation and No Show Policy PAYMENT POLICY: Non-refundable deposit of 50% of reservation total is due and charged upon reservation. Remaining balance is due and charged 7 days before original check-in date. *Balance due date will remain the same except when reservation is changed to earlier check-in date, then balance will be due and charged 7 days before new check-in date. Payments not received on date due because of credit card decline may be canceled with no refund given. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made before 8 days of original check-in date, unless check-in date is changed to date earlier than original check-in date, then cancellation must be made before 8 days of new check-in date. When cancellation is received on or after 8 days of original check-in date day, or on or after 8 days of new earlier check-in date, customer is liable and charged total reservation price without refund. *For reservations made through Yellowstone Cabins and RV, either online, by phone, or in person, cancellation must be requested by email at Contact@yellowstonecabinsandrv.com. *For reservations made through VRBO or Booking.com or any of its partners or subsidiaries, cancellation must be completed by guest directly through VRBO or Booking.com and/or the subsidiary/partner used to make reservation. It is the responsibility of the guest to verify cancellation is complete with the reservation entity used.
NO SHOW POLICY: Failure to arrive and check-in before 11:59 pm MST on reservation check-in date is deemed a NO SHOW. A no show customer will be liable for and charged total reservation price and reservation will be canceled with no refund. Any exception to the no show policy must be requested and approved in advance by email at Contact@yellowstonecabinsandrv.com no later than 8:00pm MST of reservation check-in date.
