Check-In / Out
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Failure to adhere to check-out time may result in additional room charges.


Charges
All charges are in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Hawaii Island Retreat accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Personal Checks, and Gift Certificates.


Smoking
As a place devoted to wellness, we are a non-smoking facility. Although smoking is allowed outdoors, far from any buildings, evidence of smoking in the guest rooms will result in a $300 cleaning fee.


Pool and Spa Area
The Pool and Spa are open from sunrise to sunset. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times when inside the pool and spa area.


Pets
No pets are allowed at Hawaii Island Retreat


Cancellation Fees
30 days or more prior to arrival: $50 cancellation fee.

Within 29-14 days: $100 cancellation fee.

Within 14 days: $300 cancellation fee.
