I understand that I am to fill out a Security Deposit Authorization form for $1,500 at the time of pick up. I know that I am responsible for any and all damages and I know that I will be charged the appropriate security fee if the vehicle is returned with damages. Yes
I understand that pick up is any time after 3pm and drop off is between 10am-12pm, unless I have paid for early pick up or late drop off (if available). I understand that for drop off I am to be back, unpacked and done by 12pm otherwise I will be charged $75 per every half hour that I am late. yes
I understand that your prep fee does not include cleaning up after me or my families trash, food debris, spilled drinks or any other messes. I know that I am to be a responsible renter and clean up after myself and my family/guests. I understand that there will be an additional $100+ if additional cleaning should be needed. yes
I understand that this van CANNOT travel out of state due to his age and higher mileage. If I am found to travel out of state against the host's request, I will be fined. yes

Cancellation Policy

Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure. Otherwise, the cancellation policy is strict.

If you cancel more than 14 days before your trip begins: 50% of the what you have paid is refundable.
Cancel 14 or fewer days before your trip begins: 0% of what you have paid is refundable.
The service fee, and the tax you pay on it, are never refundable.

The Square fees that we incur for processing the payment and then refunding for a cancellation are NOT refundable in any situation.
