Cancellation and Modification Policy

--Modification--

The client may request changes in his stay (dates and/or type of accommodation) by means of a written request via e-mail at info@sunsuites.es, or through the following telephone number +34 928 778 200, which will be processed according to the availability and possibilities existing at the time of the request. If there is no possibility to make the requested changes, the client will have to carry out the stay according to the initial conditions of the reservation or cancel it according to the cancellation policies.

--Cancellation--

The client may request the cancellation of his stay by written request via e-mail at info@sunsuites.es, or through the following telephone number +34 928 778 200. The cancellation terms and conditions are as follows:

- In case of cancellation up to 30 days prior to the client's arrival date, for stays between the dates of October 1 and April 30, 100% of the reservation deposit will be refunded.

- In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to the client's arrival date, for stays between October 1st and April 30th, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

- In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the client's arrival date, for stays between May 1st and September 30th, 100% of the reservation deposit will be refunded.

- In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to the date of arrival of the client, for stays between May 1st and September 30th, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

- In case of cancellation due to causes attributable to the company, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation will not give rise to the compensation for any losses or damages.
