FAQ\'s
Noise - The sounds of the country community (shooting range a few miles away) travel throughout the day and are generally very quiet as night falls. Other day sounds may include: distant mower, chainsaw, vehicle, dog barking, domestic animal (goat, horse, chicken, etc.), children laughing, adult voices.
Shower - no onsite shower facility, we provide custom wash-up area(s) for light personal hygiene at each site. Public shower facility available beachside at Birch Bay State Park about 10 mins away.
Toilet - we provide a porta potty that is serviced, cleaned and maintained weekly and in between guests stays. This is a shared unit(s) between all the sites a short distance from your designated area.
Dishes - we offer a selection of dish and cookware available near the parking area. Use what you need and return your dirty dishes. We'll take care of the wash-up each evening.
Check-In / Out - 3pm check-in & 12pm check-out
Cancelation Policy - 100% refund with 48 hours advance notice
House Rules - dog friendly (1 per site), no events without prior communication, no smoking - cooking - vaping in tents or mini cabin
Pack In-Pack Out - We believe in the pack it in / pack it out motto. However, we understand some of you are traveling great distances so if you need assistance with garbage and recycling please ask.
Guest Access - sites are an easy 2 ~min walk from the parking area. We provide a wagon for you to transport your personal affects. Sites are consolidated on the back section of our acreage and positioned in way to provide a secluded feel from each other. Access roads are shared by all sites.
