Reservations canceled within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable, except as provided under our Refilled Nights Policy below.
Certain high-demand events may require a 90-day cancellation period. When applicable, this requirement will be communicated at the time of booking.
Refilled Nights Policy
If a reservation is canceled after the applicable cancellation deadline, we will make every reasonable effort to refill the canceled nights.
For each canceled night that is successfully rebooked, the original guest may receive a gift certificate equal to the value of that night on their original reservation, less a 10% rebooking fee.
For example, if a guest cancels a 7-night reservation and we are able to refill 4 of those nights, the guest may receive a gift certificate based on the value of those 4 nights from their original reservation, less the 10% rebooking fee. The remaining 3 nights that were not refilled would remain non-refundable.
Gift certificates are calculated and issued after the original reservation dates have passed. This gives the resort the full opportunity to refill as many of the canceled nights as possible and provide the guest with the greatest credit available.
Any canceled nights that are not successfully rebooked remain non-refundable and are not eligible for a gift certificate.
While we make every reasonable effort to refill canceled nights, we cannot guarantee that any portion of a canceled reservation will be rebooked.
Late Arrivals, Early Departures & Weather
Guests are responsible for all dates reserved. Refunds or credits are not provided for late arrivals or early departures.
Refunds are also not provided for weather conditions, flooding, Acts of God, or other circumstances outside the resort’s control when the reserved accommodation and resort remain available and reasonably accessible for the guest’s stay.
We make every effort to fill any cancellation, however last-minute cancellations are more difficult to fill. We can give no refunds due to late arrival or early check outs, Acts of God or unforeseen weather conditions, including flooding, if the cabin/resort is available for accommodation. A reserved guest who has paid a deposit is responsible for all days reserved.
We recommend a low-cost option of purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen needs by
purchasing trip insurance *Special events (Nature’s Arena concerts) and lake event fishing tournament event dates (i.e., Big Bass Tour) follow a 60-day cancellation window. Please call for questions on special lake/area events. In special cases, a 90-day cancellation may apply which will be informed with estimate.
