Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is 10 am.
IMPORTANT:
By finalizing your reservation at little boston inn, you agree to our policy of no smoking in the rooms and no pets. There is a $300 fee for any occurrences.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
For reservations made more than 30 days in advance:
Your deposit of 20% of your reservation total is non-refundable.
Your remaining balance will be requested via email 30 days prior to your check-in date.
For reservations canceled within one week of your scheduled stay, 50% of the total reservation cost will be retained.
For reservations made within 30 days of a stay:
Your total reservation cost is due at time of booking.
If you cancel your stay, 25% of your total reservation cost will be retained.
If you cancel within a week of your stay, 50% of your total cost will be retained.
If you need to change the date(s) of your reservation, you can do so at no charge, provided there is availability.
