Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is 10 am.
IMPORTANT:
By finalizing your reservation at little boston inn, you agree to our policy of no smoking in the rooms and no pets. There is a $300 fee for any occurrences.
Cancellation Policy
All canceled reservations incur a flat $5 fee per room per booked day for credit card processing.
For reservations canceled within 2 weeks of your scheduled stay, we will retain 25% of the total reservation cost.
For reservations canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled stay, we will retain 50% of the total reservation cost.
If you need to change the date(s) of your reservation, you can do so at no charge, provided there is availability.
