Willamette Valley Vineyards - Into The Woods - Airstream Experience

Cancellation, Refund and No-Show Policy- 

Guests are eligible for a total refund on cancellations up to 7 days prior to the date of stay. Guests within 7 days may reschedule their reservation or have credit issued for future stay. Event Weekend Reservations, including but not limited to Owner's Weekend, Camp Willamette, and Grape Stomp, are subject to a 30 day cancellation policy. Refunds will not be given within 30 days of the event weekend, but may be issued as a credit. Refunds are not eligible for cancellations occurring within 48 hours or less or no-shows. 

Stay Info

•  Address 8998 Enchanted Way SE Turner, OR 97392 at Willamette Valley Vineyards. The entrance is 0.2 miles south of the main winery entrance.


• Emergency contact, gate and bath house codes will be provided upon arrival.


• Check-in time between 2:00pm - 6:00pm.


• Check-out time is before 11:00am.


• Reservation includes stay for up to 2 Adults.


• Pets are not permitted in the Airstreams.


•  Place all trash in a tightly tied bag and place at the end of your site by 10:00 am. Do Not leave trash out overnight.


• Bath houses (with handicap options) are available.  Please leave them picked up, free of debris and clean after each use.  Please contact us to report a bathhouse in need of care. 


• Shower water temperature is pre-set and not adjustable.

Emergency

• In the event of a medical emergency or fire, Call 911.

• Fire Extinguishers are located inside the Airstream near the door and at the bathhouse.

General Info  

• Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily.  Please be respectful of your neighbors at all times.


• As this is a wooded area, wood fires, charcoal grills or electric smokers are not permitted.  Small propane fire pits and grills may be used.


• This campground is tobacco free. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes or use of marijuana is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

Sites Specifics  

• For safety precautions, the stove and oven have been disconnected and are not available for use.


• The only things that can be flushed down the toilet are human waste and small amounts of the toilet paper provided. Please place feminine products and wipes in the trash receptacle.


• Showers must be taken in the bath house.


• Travel through Into the Woods is one way with the entrance off of Enchanted Way and exit onto Cloverdale.


• Sites are in the woods with lots of trees. Please drive carefully and observe 10 mph speed limit throughout.


• Only one vehicle is allowed on each site.  The vehicle must remain in the site and off of the road.


• All motorized vehicles must be operated by licensed drivers, must obey speed limits and be operated on paved roads only. ATVs are not permitted.

• Drones anywhere on the property, including the airspace above Into the Woods.


• Fireworks, Firearms, Explosives, BB or paint guns are not permitted.


• Washing of cars is not permitted.


• Please do not walk through or park in empty or occupied sites unless invited


• Clothes lines or other outdoor stand-alone drying devices are not allowed.

We ask all guests to respect and follow the rules above throughout your stay. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the campground without recourse or a refund. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We hope that you enjoy your stay and come back soon!

Security Deposit: Your credit card is on file for security purposes. If there is any damage or missing items, the credit card will be billed accordingly.

Keys: Keys to the Airstream must be returned. There will be a $25.00 charge for any missing key.

Pets: Pets are not permitted in the Airstreams.

Smoking: WVV is a cigarette, marijuana, and e-cigarette free facility. Please do not smoke in the guest suite. There is a $200 charge for smoking inside the Airstream.

Number of Occupants: Airstream occupancy is limited to 2 guests. Misrepresentation of the number of occupants will result in being asked to vacate the property without a refund. Children are counted in the occupancy.

I hereby make it known to whom it may concern, including my family, friends, relatives, and attorney’s and member of any jury, that with my agreement, I take full responsibility for the conduct and safety of all members of the party I represent while they are on the Willamette Valley Vineyards property.

I hold them blameless in the case of any property loss of any kind or accident, injury or death to any person of the party.

I find the standards of safety and maintenance to be acceptable.

The management reserves the right to refuse service as provided by law.

I hereby agree to pay for all damages to lodging property caused by anyone in my party, and for all items to this lodging establishment that are found to be missing after I vacate the premises.

I have read this agreement in its entirety, and by acknowledging I agree to all terms and conditions.
