RV Cancellation Policy & Rental GuidelinesWillamette Valley Vineyards - Into The Woods - RV Experience Cancellation, Refund and No-Show Policy Guests are eligible for a total refund on cancellations up to 7 days prior to the date of stay. Guests within 7 days may reschedule their reservation or have credit issued for future stay. Refunds are not eligible for cancellations occurring within 24 hours or less or no-shows. Stay Info - Address 8998 Enchanted Way SE Turner, OR 97392 at Willamette Valley Vineyards. The entrance is 0.1 miles south of the main winery entrance.
- Emergency contact, gate and bath house codes will be provided upon arrival.
- Check-in time between 2:00pm - 6:00pm. Please arrive before dark as check-ins after dark are not permitted.
- Check-out time is before 11:00am.
- Reservation includes stay for up to 2 Adults & 2 children.
- Place all trash in a tightly tied bag and place at the end of your site by 10:00 am. Do Not leave trash out overnight.
- Bath houses (with handicap options) are available. Please leave them picked up, free of debris and clean after each use. Please contact us to report a bathhouse in need of care.
- Shower water temperature is pre-set and not adjustable.

- Fire Extinguisher is located at the bathhouse.
General Info - Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily. Please be respectful of your neighbors at all times.
- As this is a wooded area, wood fires, charcoal grills or electric smokers are not permitted. Small propane fire pits and grills may be used.
- Use of generators are not permitted.
- WVV is tobacco free. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes or use of marijuana is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision at all times.
Sites Specifics - Travel through Into the Woods is one way with the entrance off of Enchanted Way and exit onto Cloverdale.
- Sites are in the woods with lots of trees. Please drive carefully and observe 10 mph speed limit throughout.
- Only one vehicle and one RV/ trailer is allowed on each site. The vehicle must remain in the site and off of the road.
- All motorized vehicles must be operated by licensed drivers, must obey speed limits and be operated on paved roads only. ATVs are not permitted.
- Sites have electric (30 & 50 amp) and water. Sewer hookups and dump station are not available on site. Dump stations are available at truck stops at exits 278 to the north and 238 to the south.
- Most sites have a slight slope, and leveling blocks may be needed.
- Jack pads are required to protect the asphalt. We have several sets available for loan. Un-returned jack pads will be charged $50.00.
Pets - Pets must be on a leash and in a responsible adults' control at all times. If your pet is tied up outside your RV, please be outside with it.
- Pet owners must pick up after their pets. Please dispose of pet waste in the containers provided. Do not dispose of pet waste in bathroom trash or outside barrels. Help keep our park clean.
- Pets are not permitted in the bath houses.
The below are not permitted on our premises - Drones anywhere on the property, including the airspace above Into the Woods.
- Fireworks, Firearms, Explosives, BB or paint guns are not permitted.
- RV maintenance or washing of RVs is not permitted.
- Please do not walk through or park in empty or occupied sites unless invited.
- Clothes lines or other outdoor stand-alone drying devices are not allowed.
We ask all guests to respect and follow the rules above throughout your stay. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the campground without recourse or a refund. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We hope that you enjoy your stay and come back soon!

- This agreement is made by and between Willamette Valley Vineyards (herein WVV), an Oregon corporation and you, as indicated by your name and agreement confirmation, on the other, relating to, arising from and as a condition of your rental of a lot and operation of any motor vehicle, including but not limited to a motorcoach or “RV” described in your reservation, within WVV, located in Turner Oregon, relating but not limited to the address and your assigned site (any motor vehicle operated by you within WVV hereinafter referenced as “Vehicle).
- By signing below, you covenant, agree, and promise to WVV, it’s manager(s), employees, board members, and all other affiliates, the following:
- In consideration of being permitted to use the facilities the undersigned hereby releases WVV and the directors, officers and employees, of either or both of them, of and from, any and all liability to the undersigned or any person that might otherwise arise from the use of amenities by the undersigned.
- Natural hazards – I understand and accept that natural hazards, including but not limited to, snakes, animals and uneven surfaces may occur throughout the resort.
- In consideration of the receipt of the entry and bathhouse pass code I hereby acknowledge that the above entry and bathhouse pass codes are for my sole use only and those on my reservation and are not transferable to anyone else or for use outside my reservation time.
- You are of legal age to drive a motor vehicle in the State of Oregon, and you possess a valid driver’s license issued by your state of domicile or country of origin.
- You are an insured driver on a valid automobile liability insurance policy that meets the minimum limits requirements of the State of Oregon and are properly credentialed and licensed to operate any Vehicle you operate within the Resort.
- You will be the sole driver of any vehicle operated within the Resort, and that you will not allow any non-licensed, uncredentialed, or uninsured persons to operate the vehicle within the Resort.
- You will operate all vehicles in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and manufacturer’s instructions, and adhere to the speed limit of 10 mph throughout the resort.
- You understand and agree that operating a Vehicle, including but not limited to a motorcoach or “RV” can be dangerous and you agree to ASSUME ALL RISKS, including but not limited to death or injury or property damage suffered while operating or otherwise arising from the use and/or possession of the Vehicle while within the Resort. An escort may guide you to your site and assist with parking, however you and your ground guide are ultimately responsible for avoiding hazards.
- You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WVV and its owners, successors, assigns, agents, members, managers, employees, board members, and/or affiliated companies from ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND/OR LIABILITY from and any claim for any injuries, damages, property damage, or death to any user or passenger of Vehicle or arising from or relating to the use or existence of the Vehicle within the Resort, whether caused by negligence or any other cause; I further agree that I will DEFEND AND INDEMNIFY WVV if any claim or action is pursued by anyone against WVV, its owners, successors, assigns, agents, members, managers, employees, board members and/or affiliated companies for any injuries, damages, or death related to the use, operation, or existence of the Recreational Vehicle with the Resort.
- Should a dispute arise regarding any of the activities described in this Agreement or the terms of this Agreement, said dispute will be adjudicated in a court of competent jurisdiction in Marion County, Oregon.
- You acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is a material term and condition relied upon by WVV in allowing you the use of the site, and that you enter into this Agreement freely, voluntarily and under no undue influence.
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THE TERMS OF THIS ASSUMPTION OF RISK, LIABILITY RELEASE, INDEMNITY, AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT.
