You’re free to check in any time after 3PM. Make sure you check out by 11AM so we may clean the rooms for the next guests.
I’m glad you booked here, and I want to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Here are somethings you need to know to check in:

The Blue Lotus Resorts is located just outside of Seguin in the country, follow the Blue Lotus Winery signs to the Resort area.
PARKING:
Private parking for Blue Lotus Resorts guests is available FREE of charge located just behind the cabins.
For access to the property through the front gate use code 1066. There is no need for a * or #.
The barrel-cabin door is keyed with the last four digits of your phone number.
WIFI:
– WIFI Username: Bluelotusresorts
– WIFI Password: ComfyStay
THERMOSTAT:
When you walk into the cabin, the thermostat is mounted to the wall by the sink. Feel free to adjust it to be comfortable, but please don’t turn it below 65 degrees. Temperature below 68 degrees may cause the unit to freeze up.
COFFEE AND TEA:
The Blue Lotus Resorts offers free coffee and tea. Help yourself! The coffeemaker is sitting on the counter, and the coffee and tea are in the shelf right above it.
The coffeemaker is a Keurig. To use it, all you have to do is take one of the pods and place it in the compartment that flips open. Make sure you place water in the container. If you want a small cup of coffee, just press the button.
HOUSE RULES:
– No pets allowed.
_ No Children of any age
– No smoking at the Resort.
– No parties or events.
– Check-out is at 11AM.
– Please refrain from making noise past 10PM.
– Service Animals are allowed only with proof of training paperwork.
By the way, the best supermarket is HEB. It’s about a ten-minute drive into Seguin.

Cancellation Policy
Every reservation we receive is important and special to us. We take great care in preparing for your arrival. We sincerely appreciate each reservation we receive! It means we've committed to have your room ready and available upon your arrival.
While we understand that life isn't always predictable and that plans change, we do request that you contact us no less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to your check-in date to let us know of your changes. At that time, your deposit will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee.
Any reservation updates and/or cancellations received less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to your check-in date will result in the loss of your deposit.
