Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
When you make a reservation, the first night’s charge for each room is applied to your credit card — Mastercard, Visa, or Discover.

If you cancel your reservation for any reason at any time, there is a $20.00 cancellation fee per room. If you cancel within seven days of the reservation arrival date, the first night of each room is nonrefundable. We will be happy to honor a rebooking that is equal to the original reservation within six months of the reservation.

Upon arrival, if you cancel any portion of your reservation, it is nonrefundable.

RV Park Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Pet Policies
We have no restrictions on dog breeds.

Aggressive dogs of any breed are NOT welcome. If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please leave it at home. We will ask owners of unfriendly and aggressive dogs to find other accommodations.

Thank you for abiding by these pet policies.

Pets are allowed in the RV park and tent sites only. Pets are not allowed in the motel rooms, cabooses, railway car, and Nomad RV.

SCOOP THE POOP!! You must pick up after your pets for health, safety and as a good neighbor. All droppings must be put in a sealed plastic bag and disposed of in proper trash receptacles.

Pets may not be tied to any trees, pedestals, hydrants, street lights, signs, or property structures. Dogs should never be left tied up and unattended outside.

Continual barking is not allowed. You may be asked to leave if you cannot control your pet’s barking.

All dogs are required to be under the control and visual observation of their owner at all times. The six foot leash rule is in effect whenever the animal is outside your RV or tent.

Service dogs of any breed are welcome; however, these animals must follow leash restraint policies and may not exhibit aggressive behavior.

Quiet Time
Quiet time between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Guests may not be gather outside, BBQ, Firepit, or any outdoor activities. Quiet time does not apply to any emergencies.
