All lodging reservations, at any/all RiverHills Retreat properties, are subject to the following:

*Cancellation Policy: All RiverHills Retreat reservations cancelled at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will be refunded minus a $50.00 service fee *(Credit Card fees paid will not be refunded).* Any reservations cancelled within thirty (30) days of the arrival date will not receive any refund. Date changes are not permitted inside the 30 days. Cancellation due to weather, medical reasons, early departures, etc. are not exempt from the policy. Rainchecks will NOT be offered for lodging reservations at any/all properties.

***A security / damage deposit will be added to all reservations at the time of booking. Any damages to property and/or furnishings that are not accounted for, cleaning policies not followed to specifications, trash not properly disposed of, pet damages, tree cutting, and/or smoking in units or closed areas will result in a reduction from the deposit.

Check In is 3:00 P.M. Check Out is 11:00 A.M. Make sure to take everything when departing.

Quiet Hours 11:00 P.M - 7:00 A.M. (keep noise at minimum as to not disturb neighboring areas).

PARKING: Please be respectful of parking. Do not park in areas not designated and make ruts.

SMOKING POLICY: No smoking in all lodging or inside the outdoor facilities. Put any cigarette butts outside in the cans provided, not on the ground.

KITCHEN CLEANING POLICY: Dishes are to be washed and put away. All refrigerators, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster should be emptied and cleaned.

LINEN POLICY: Towels and washcloths should be put near laundry facilities. Do not make up beds that were used when leaving.

TOILET USE: Toilet paper only to be flushed - no paper towels, feminine hygiene products, etc.

TRASH: All trash outside should be in trash receptacles. All trash inside should be bagged and placed in outside receptacles.

FIRES: No fires unless in the designated fire pit. Make sure all fires, charcoal pits are out before leaving. Do not cut any trees for burning.

PET POLICY: Please pick up after your dog and dispose of trash in the outside receptacles. Never leave pets unattended, in cages or chains anywhere. $75.00 non-refundable pet fee, per pet.

EQUIPMENT USE: Make sure that any equipment, horseshoes, volleyball, cornhole is put away. Do not take down the volleyball nets or move horseshoe pits, fire pits.

A/C TEMPERATURE: Please keep the cooling at a reasonable temperature to avoid freezing up units - the temperature should be set at 74• before departure.

NO additional guests over what has been reserved
NO ATV/RTV/Golf Cart use
