Reservation Policies

There is no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property.

For the comfort and peace of other guests, we typically do not allow children under 12 years of age. We've had some wonderful kids in the past, and we've had some not so good. You know your kids better than anyone, so if you wouldn't want to be rooming down the hall from them, please don't bring them here. You may contact the Innkeeper if you have questions/concerns.

We do not typically allow pets due to messes, allergies, and noise. The few that were approved in the past were very well behaved, and we will consider true service animals. But, please don't bring an ill-mannered pet with you and try to pass it off as a service animal. Again, contact the Innkeeper if you have questions/concerns.

24 hour advance reservation only.

48 hours notice required to cancel a reservation. This policy can be flexible, especially in the case of bad weather.

Check-in : 3-8pm
Check-out : 11am

If you need an early arrival, please contact the Innkeeper to make arrangements.

We ask that guests arrive prior to 8pm, however, if your travel plans change, let us know so we can make arrangements.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking for violating our smoking policy or for disturbing the peace and comfort of other guests.

48 hours notice required to cancel a reservation, unless there is bad weather or sudden illness. Please contact the Innkeeper should such things occur
