Cancellation Policy
At The Kenmore Cottages, we understand that plans unexpectedly change and events in
our lives are sometimes unforeseen. While we understand cancelations happen, we ask
that you please agree to the following cancellation policy at the time of booking:
By booking directly with The Kenmore Cottages via Reservation Key or by phone,
you are better protected.
Cancellation of weekly summer rentals
-Your weekly rate must be paid in full in order to maintain your reservation for the following
year. If your cabin is rented by another party during your intended stay dates, the amount
paid by that other party, minus a $50 cancelation fee, will be refunded.
Bookings made through our website or via phone:
WITH NOTICE 14-DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE
-You will be refunded your deposit minus a $50 cancelation fee, per room reserved.
-Changes in arrival and departure dates that result in a shorter stay will be charged a $50
cancelation fee
RESERVATIONS CANCELED LESS THAN 14-DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE
-You will be charged in full unless your room(s) is re-booked by another party. We will
make every effort to re-book your room(s) and will refund any room(s) we are able to re-
book minus a $50 cancellation fee per room reserved.
Bookings made through third-party websites such as Booking.com, Expedia,
HotelTonight, or Airbnb:
- You are bound to the cancellation policies agreed to when booking on their
website.
-Reservation made on a third-party website must be canceled through the third-party
website.
Considering trip insurance is encouraged. You can visit InsureMyTrip.com for affordable
options. It is good to protect your travel investment in the event of unforeseen changes to
travel plans, personal sickness or injury, or family emergencies.
The Kenmore cottages do not take responsibility for changes to your reservation due to
unforeseen changes to travel plans, inclement weather, personal sickness or injury, or
family emergencie
