Motel Reservation Policy
RESERVATION POLICY:
The office is not open 24 hours. If you plan to arrive later than 9:00PM please call us for instructions. Credit card information provided will be used to secure room reservation ONLY. Payment will be required at the time of check-in and any credit card transactions require presentation of credit card. July 4th Holiday Weekend requires a minimum of THREE nights. There is a two night minimum stay required for May-October & Holiday/Event weekends. If there are any special needs please contact us by phone or e-mail.
Motel Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any changes and/or cancellations MUST be made in writing or by phone to Heart of the Valley prior to 3 days before the reservation arrival date to avoid any cancellation charges. Last minute cancellations or no shows will be charged first night room + tax to the credit card provided at the time of booking. By making a reservation and providing your credit card information you acknowledge your acceptance of our reservation and cancellation policy and agree to the cancellation penalty fee
