CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any changes and/or cancellations MUST be made in writing or by phone to Heart of the Valley prior to 3 days before the reservation arrival date to avoid any cancellation charges. Last minute cancellations or no shows will be charged first night room + tax to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
