At The Collins House Bed and Breakfast, our goal is to provide our guests with a comfortable, relaxing experience. The policies outlined below help us maintain a safe and healthy environment for all of our guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in observing these policies:

• The Collins House Bed and Breakfast is a smoke-free property with no designated smoking areas. (Guests failing to adhere to this policy will be subject to applicable charges
incurred for cleaning / deodorizing the room, upholstered furniture, bedding, etc. (fee can be upwards, but not limited to $500.00.)
• Guests are responsible for any damages.
• A $5 charge will be made to the credit card of any AT Hiker who would like a load of laundry washed for them.
• Incense/candle burning, irons, and any other flammables are not allowed in guestrooms.
• Check-in is between 4:00–7:00pm. (EARLY OR LATE ARRIVALS MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE.)
• Checkout is 11:00am.
• We are sorry, but we are unable to accommodate children or pets.
• Only registered guests are allowed in guestrooms.

A credit card number is required to secure a reservation, and a 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card when the reservation is made; with the balance due at check in. For same day reservations, the credit card will be charged for the amount of the full stay. Prices are based on double occupancy; $25 will be added for each extra person in the room.

If cancellation is necessary before 72 hours (3 days) of your scheduled arrival, a refund of the deposit will be given, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Within 72 hours, the deposit will be forfeited. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged one night’s lodging, plus tax. (Exception: For Bristol NASCAR race weekend, payment will be taken at time of booking, and no refund will be made.
