Rentals are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday a 7 night stay is required

50% deposit required to secure reservation
Deposit is refundable with minimum 45-day notice

Final Payment is due a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival. Bayview will process payments due on original method on payment, 30 days prior to arrival

All units accommodate 4-5. $75 fee for additional occupant age of 12+

All rates subject to 14.5% Massachusetts Tax. If paying with a credit card a 3% fee will apply.

No pets allowed, All units are Non-Smoking

Check-In 3:00 PM / Check-Out 10:00 AM
We ask that you please not arrive early, so as to allow our cleaning staff time to ready your cottage to our standards

Parking Notes:
2 car per unit maximum & no parking is allowed in front of or adjacent to units except for loading & unloading
