Online Reservation Request: When reserving the space online, the dates will be held, as requested, however, a payment will not be immediately taken. Following the request for a reservation being received by the Reservations Department, a member of the team will then reach out as soon as possible to retrieve the credit card information and process the respective payment, as per the policy described below. Any additional questions regarding the stay will also be able to be addressed at this time.
Payment Policy: 50% deposit at the time of booking, which is fully refundable up until one (1) month before the arrival date. The remaining balance is then automatically settled once inside the one (1) month window, using the card details on file, unless alternative arrangements have been made. If confirming a reservation once at or inside the one (1) month window, the full payment will be taken at the time of booking, which will then be non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: One (1) month prior to arrival. If cancelled inside the one (1) month window, the full payment is non-refundable, however, we would be able to keep the amount paid on file as a credit, to be used again within twelve (12) months of the original date of arrival. You would be responsible for any difference in rate, which may occur when rebooking your visit, if applicable, and all notifications of a cancellation must be received by at least four (4) days prior to the date of arrival to qualify for the credit.
Minimum Stay: Four (4) night stays are required on all occasions, while some event or holiday periods may incur a minimum stay of at least seven (7) nights.
Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome at the property, however, owners would be responsible for any damages and may be subject to additional charges as a result of any action which may require deep cleaning or repair.
