Cancellation Policy: If, for any reason, you do need to cancel your reservation with us, please let us know as soon as possible, as we do require a notice of at least 30 days to avoid any cancellation fees. If a cancellation is received once inside the 30-day window, the full payment is non-refundable, however, we would be able to keep the amount paid on file as a credit, to be used again within 6 months of the original date of arrival. You would be responsible for any difference in rate, which may occur when rebooking your visit, if applicable, and all notifications of a cancellation must be received by at least 48 hours prior to the date of arrival to qualify for the credit.

Payment Policy: 50% deposit at the time of booking, which is fully refundable up until 30 days before the arrival date. The remaining balance is then automatically settled once inside the 30 days, using the card details on file, unless alternative arrangements have been made. If confirming a reservation once at or inside the 30-day window, the full payment will be taken at the time of booking, which will then be non-refundable.

Pet Policy: Pets are permitted at the property, however, there would be a non-refundable fee of $100.00 per pet and this must be settled in advance of your stay. Owners are responsible for any damages and may be subject to additional charges as a result of any action which may require deep cleaning or repair. The pet must be kept on a leash at all times, while on the grounds, and may never be left unattended. If your pet is not well behaved or disturbs other guests in any way, such as barking, the company does hold the right to ask the owners to kennel their dogs or leave. No refunds will be offered. Service animals permitted.

Arrival & Departure Times: Check-in is anytime after 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. Early arrivals and late departures may be permitted, though not guaranteed. Please inquire ahead of your stay.

Off-Site Staff: The house is NOT staffed, as our guest house is a standalone property and is not attached to an inn, B&B, or hotel, but we can be reached at the number below for assistance.

Smoking Policy: No Smoking is allowed inside the house, on the patios or around the building at any time.

Minimum Stay: Two night stays are required on all reservations. Additional restrictions may apply to holiday and event weekends.

Wine Club Discount: As the Jaxon Keys Guest house is owned by the Wilson Artisan Wineries family, club members between all eleven of our winery estates are welcome to receive a discount on their stays with us. To do so, please specify of which club you are a part when booking your reservation and, after an internal check, the discount will then be applied upon confirmation and reflected on the booking total accordingly.

Children of the Vineyard Worker Scholarship Donation: Every stay automatically includes an optional $1.00 donation, per room, to the Children of the Vineyard Worker Scholarship Fund, which provides children of Sonoma County Vineyard workers with the money they need for secondary education. If you do not wish to contribute, please contact the Reservations Department to have this donation removed from your final bill.
