Check in/Check out: Check in is from 3:00PM to 9:00PM Monday through Thursday, Sundays until 8:00PM, Fri & Sat until 10PM. For later arrivals, please call 479-253-9335. Check out is before 11:00 AM. Early check in or late check out requests must be arranged at the time of booking. Must be 18 to register for guest room.

Room Number: We guarantee the same type of room you reserved, not the actual room number or location.

Basic Rates: are for up to two guests. Adjust reservation inquiry for each additional person/child and the system will add the charge automatically. Children up to 12 years are charged half of the additional fee, and must be declared.

Maximum Occupancy: Two people in rooms with one bed and four people in rooms with two beds including children. All guests must disclose true number of people in their party. Any false information will result in occupancy termination without refund.

Arrival Date: Upon your arrival date, you are responsible for and will be charged the remaining balance if any, of all reserved nights and rooms.

Early Departure or Late Arrival: There are no refunds for an early departure or late arrival.

Pets: Sorry, the Eureka Springs Heritage Motel does not allow pets either in the rooms or anywhere on the property. A cleaning fee of $250.00 is charged to guests who violate this policy. Guests violating the no pet policy will be asked to leave the property with no refund for any remaining nights.

Smoking: All rooms are Non-Smoking. Smoking in the room will result in an additional charge of $250.00 as a cleaning fee to the cardholder making the reservation. Guests violating the non smoking policy will be asked to leave the property with no refund for any remaining nights.

Payment: We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. We do not accept personal checks.

Damages or missing items: Any and all damages will be the responsibility of the cardholder. Missing items will be charged to the cardholder upon check-out.

Please note credit/debit cards will be checked to ensure the first night rate is available, we are sorry but we cannot hold rooms with out a valid credit/debit card on file. Please see cancellation policy below.Â

Cancellation or modification (lowering the duration of the stay) is free of charge only if made 2 days or more before the previously confirmed arrival date.
For example, if you made a reservation for Friday, the last day for free-of-charge cancellation would be by Wednesday 3 PM.

In the event of cancellation or modification (lowering the duration of the stay) less than 2 days before booked arrival date or early departure, guests will be billed for the first night amount of the daily room rate. Cancellations made on the day of reservation and/or a no show will be charged the full amount of the stay. No refunds after check-in. No refunds will be honored for any reason including early departures, inclement weather, emergencies, road conditions, etc.

For Bookings of 4 rooms cost-free cancellation time will rise for the same amount of days as rooms are booked. Example: 4 rooms booked, cost-free cancellation will be 4 days prior to the confirmed arrival date.

More than 8 rooms reserved, minimum cancellation time will be 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date.
