Rental Agreement
Arrival Time: Check-in time is 3:00 PM - and not later than 9:00 PM unless you have contacted us prior to your reservation. WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER THAN 3PM. It requires a 4-hour window between 11am and 3pm to changeover rooms and complete other necessary work and maintenance around The Inn so your stay can be as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.
Departure Time: Check out time is 11am.
Parking: We have free private parking to accommodate all guests staying at The Inn.
Age: You must be 21-years of age or older to make a reservation and stay at The Inn.
Rates: Rates are for double occupancy and include our home-cooked breakfast. All rates subject to change w/out notice. Rates subject to applicable taxes.
Occupancy: We allow a maximum of 2 people per guest room. There is a charge of $20/night for an additional adult in any of the guest rooms (beyond standard double
occupancy).
Children cannot be accommodated at The Inn due to the historic structural features and spiral staircases
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
House Rules -
Bathrooms. There are two bathrooms in the home that although are not located ensuite, are private for the guests staying in the rooms adjacent to them.
Non-Guests During Your Stay: The common areas of The Inn and the grounds of the property are solely for the use of guests who are staying at The Inn.  While many guests visit the area to see friends or family, attend a local event, or visit students at local colleges and universities, we require our guests to please confirm with us before inviting any other parties who are not guests.
Lost keys. $25 dollar replacement fee.
Damages. You are expected to leave your room in the same condition it was upon your arrival. Any damage caused by guests inside or outside of your room such as carpet stains, soiled furnishings, broken windows or appliances will be replaced or cleaned and billed to you.
Repairs. We reserve the right to inspect your room with 24 hour advance notice. We reserve the right to enter it at anytime to make repairs in the event of an emergency.
No Smoking, candles or incense
Smoking: We are a non-smoking facility. We do permit smoking outside in designated areas. Any smoking inside of The Inn or cabin will result in an immediate request to leave, a minimum, additional cleaning fee of at least $150, plus room and incidentals charges.
Pet Policy. Due to the nature of our historic property, we can not allow pets to stay at The Inn.
Housekeeping. Our housekeepers clean all of the common areas daily. If you are a long term guest on a weekly or monthly rate, you are responsible for cleaning your own room and we will refresh the linens and towels furnished to you.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
Payment: We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If you are paying by cash, it is collected at the time of check-in. If paying by personal check, checks must be received by The Inn 20-days prior to the date of arrival for your stay. All payments subject to applicable taxes.
Cancellation Policy
May cancel event up to 30 days prior and receive a refund minus 20% deposit.
If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before arrival, only 50% will be refunded.
No refund shall be given for any cancellation less than 24 hours before booking, or for a no show
